6th October 2011: Do you have a neurological condition? Do you want to be involved in planning new neurological services where you are? There is a joint event on Tuesday 11 October at Wells Place Eastleigh, bringing together the skills and expertise of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, the Neurological Alliance, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Motor Neurone Disease Society, Parkinson’s Society and the University of Southampton.

19th September 2011: It has been revealed that Direct Payments users will shortly be receiving a letter from Hampshire Adult Services informing users that the Direct Payments Support Service in Hampshire will end on the 31st December 2011.
From January 2012, the Direct Payments Support Service in Hampshire will be replaced by a system that Hampshire Adult Services believes will allow the individual to choose what support they need from the organisation that best suits them.

20th July 2011: Berni Vincent has been appointed an Ambassador by the Office for Disability Issues to work on the ‘Strengthening User Led Organisations’ project.
Berni will be one of 12 Ambassadors based around the country and they will coordinated by a National Lead (Rich Watts) from Essex Coalition of Disabled People.
